Our Story

​​​In 2012, we discovered an old rescue squad building in Hamilton, VA, in need of a complete transformation. Inspired by our vision and its potential, we set out to revitalize the space and restore its role to continue to serve the community with a new purpose and provide families of Western Loudoun County with flexible and affordable quality Pre-K and childcare programs. 

​

With unwavering faith and God's strength, love and support from the community, we overcame numerous challenges and financial obstacles and Kidtime Christian Academy was born on the 10th of August, 2015. a space that provides affordable, quality care for families in Western Loudoun County, VA.

​

Today, Kidtime Christian Academy stands as a testament to our dedication to providing children with a nurturing and enriching environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive in a Christ-centered environment.

​

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have served hundreds of families and students over the years. Now, we’re thrilled to expand our program and welcome new families in Stephens City and throughout Frederick County, VA. We look forward to building strong partnerships with our new neighbors and communities as we grow together to ensure that all children are given the opportunity learn, grow, and thrive to their fullest potential.

Dear Families,

I am thrilled to share the story of our journey with you. Kidtime Christian Academy began its mission on August 10, 2015, as a faith-based, state-licensed preschool with just four students. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for every child.

With over 35 years of experience in early childhood education, I am proud to lead this academy as a CDA-certified professional. My deep passion for both the Lord and children has been the driving force behind the creation of Kidtime Christian Academy. Our goal is to create a loving, Christ-centered, and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various private preschools, corporate childcare centers, and Montessori settings, gaining valuable insights and experiences that have shaped our approach to provide a fun and dynamic learning environment and quality care at KCA.

We are committed to helping each child build self-confidence and enrich their learning experience through creative and interactive activities. We believe in providing a solid foundation for young minds and help children flourish to their fullest potential.

It has been a joy and a blessing to pursue my passion in early childhood education and a priceless investment to have served and cared for hundreds of children over the past 30 years. We are dedicated to making KCA a special place for your child, where they can unleash their imagination and thrive to their fullest potential.

We are a proud sponsor of the Boulder Crest Foundation. The Boulder Crest Foundation, based in Bluemont, Virginia, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, and their families. It is widely recognized for its work in advancing Posttraumatic Growth (PTG), helping individuals not just recover from trauma but thrive in its aftermath. The foundation offers transformative programs such as the Warrior PATHH (Progressive and Alternative Training for Helping Heroes), which combines in-person and ongoing training to help participants turn their struggles into strength. We are a proud sponsor of Jill’s House. Jill’s House provides respite for families of children with intellectual and physical disabilities in the Greater Washington, DC area. They serve children ages six through seventeen.

Jill’s House mission is to be a safe haven to which parents can entrust their children, allowing the parents a time of rest.  â€‹

We had the privilege to sponsor and host a Family Summer Safety Awareness Campaign and breakfast to raise funding for the Hamilton Fire and Rescue Safety Center.
